Taskbead

Terms of use

Effective 21 October 2026 · Taskbead beta · Singapore

In short: Taskbead is free to use. Use it for your work, don't abuse it, keep your own copies of anything critical, and tell us what breaks.

The service

Taskbead is a task app that runs as a Telegram mini app (@TaskBeadBot) and on the web. It's operated from Singapore. It's free to use. Features may change over time.

Your content

Your tasks, notes, files and comments stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them as needed to run Taskbead for you and for the people you share with. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Fair limits

To keep Taskbead free and fast for everyone, each account has fair limits: 100 MB of storage, up to 2,000 open tasks, files up to 20 MB, and caps on how fast you can add tasks, invite people, assign tasks, comment, upload files and message the bot. New accounts have tighter limits for their first day. When you reach a limit, Taskbead tells you, and you can carry on a little later.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. While an account is suspended, its shared tasks are hidden from others. We'll tell you why when we can, and you can appeal with /feedback.

Beta, as is

Taskbead is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We work hard to keep your data safe and backed up, but bugs can happen, so keep your own copy of anything critical (Settings › Archive and export). To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to S$50.

Telegram

Using Taskbead through Telegram also means Telegram's Terms of Service and its Bot Platform and Mini App terms apply. Taskbead isn't made by Telegram.

Ending

You can stop using Taskbead and delete your data at any time (Settings › Delete my data, or /deleteme). If we ever shut Taskbead down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the bot so you can export your tasks.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions: send /feedback to @TaskBeadBot.
